THE REVIEW SISTERS

Privacy policy

Effective October 5, 2026

This policy describes the launch version of thereviewsisters.com. The site is a static publication. It has no account system, comment form, newsletter form, advertising pixels or third-party analytics at launch.

Who operates this site

The Review Sisters is the name used for this publication. For privacy questions, use hello@thereviewsisters.com after the mailbox is configured. The site owner should add the legal operator name and postal contact details here before a public launch where local law requires them.

Information we receive

When you read a page, the hosting and network providers may process technical request data such as an IP address, browser information, page requested and time of access to deliver the site, maintain security and investigate abuse. We do not receive that data through a site analytics dashboard in this launch version. We do not place our own tracking cookies.

If you email us, we receive your address, message and any information you choose to include. We use it to respond, handle corrections and keep a record of the exchange. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.

Why we use it

Technical request data is processed to serve the site and protect it. Correspondence is used to answer your message and administer the publication. Where applicable, these uses rely on legitimate interests in running and securing the site, or on steps you ask us to take. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing and international processing

Hosting, network and email providers may process data on our behalf or as independent providers under their own terms. The site may be delivered from infrastructure outside your country. We will update this section with the specific providers and transfer details once hosting and email arrangements are finalized for the public domain. Links to external products open their own websites, whose privacy practices are separate.

Retention

We do not set a site-specific retention period for infrastructure logs that a provider controls; its retention policy applies. We keep email correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to answer and document the matter, subject to applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to delete a message where we are able to do so.

Your choices and rights

You can read this site without giving us your name. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information, object to some processing or complain to a data protection authority. Email us with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may need enough information to verify a request before acting on it.

Changes

We will update this page when we add analytics, advertising, a newsletter, affiliate tracking or other data uses. The date at the top will change. We will not silently describe a new tracking practice as though it existed from launch.
